Yaakun Ya'ab was an excellent option for hotel in Ciudad del Carmen. Personnel was kind anytime. Excellent service. Infrastructure is very new; rooms are comfortable and really clean. Very nice home-made style cooking, I loved specially the traditional Mexican buffet!! Everybody there made us feel as home… I really hope I can come back soon :)

El personal del hotel es muy amable desde el momento en que llamas para pedir informes. Hotel rústico y precio accesible. También tiene aparcamiento donde es cuidado por personal del hotel y unos perritos muy lindos y sociables.
Es un hotel muy limpio, la decoración es muy agradable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables, el personal atiende con mucha amabilidad, cuenta con estacionamiento y recibe pago con tarjeta de crédito. Muy recomendable.
